Returns a list of all conversation IDs in the system with metadata.
How to use it
list-conversations is exposed by the Sticky Notes Server MCP server. Add the server to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and others), and the list-conversations tool becomes available to the model automatically.
