(optional): Level of detail - full, allstubs, or referencestubs (default: full)
(optional): Dimension filters as object (e.g., {"FREQ": "A", "INDICATOR": "ENERGYPRODUCTION"})
(required): Data Structure Definition ID (e.g., DSDSUPPLYUSEENERGY)
(optional): End time period (e.g., 2023-12)
(optional): Data key with wildcards (default: for all data)
(optional): Include references - none, parents, children, descendants, all (default: descendants)
(required): Resource/dataflow ID
(optional): Start time period (e.g., 2020-01)
