A real MCP handshake, not static analysis. Verified servers are re-tested weekly and show their last passing test; a failed re-test removes the badge automatically.

Quality grades

A to F grades from maintenance cadence, adoption, license clarity and docs. Recomputed nightly, never editable and never for sale.

Client compatibility

Know before you install: compatible clients plus the auth each server needs, declared by the maintainers themselves.

Maintenance signals

Last commit, release cadence and open-issue health on every listing. Filter the whole directory by maintainer activity.
