How to use it

Project documentation lists ctx_index for the Context Mode MCP server. Add the server to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and others), then check which tools your installed version makes available. Tool availability can depend on configuration and credentials. A server handshake does not verify this tool’s behavior. See the full listing for setup details.

ctx_batch_execute

Run multiple commands + search multiple queries in ONE call. Opt-in concurrency: 1-8 for I/O-bound batches.

Permanently deletes all indexed content from the knowledge base.

Query indexed content with multiple queries in one call.

Show context savings, call counts, and session statistics.

Upgrade to latest version from GitHub, rebuild, reconfigure hooks.
