How to use it
search_all_documents is exposed by the MCP Documentation Server MCP server. Add the server to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and others), and the search_all_documents tool becomes available to the model automatically. Add a document (title, content, optional metadata)
Remove a document, its chunks, database entries, and associated files
