How to use it

Project documentation lists get_scoreboard for the MCP Espn MCP server. Add the server to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and others), then check which tools your installed version makes available. get_teams

List all teams (rosters/franchises) for a league: names, abbreviations, locations, and colors. Works for NFL/NBA/MLB/NHL/soccer/college.
