Inject live Zotero citations into a Word document. Supports APA, IEEE, Vancouver, Harvard, Chicago. Output is saved in the same folder as the input file with a cited suffix (e.g. paper.docx → papercited.docx)

How to use it

inject_citations is exposed by the MCP Zotero MCP server. Add the server to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and others), and the inject_citations tool becomes available to the model automatically. See the full listing for setup details and every tool this server provides.
