get_deck_names
How to use it
get_deck_names is exposed by the Anki MCP MCP server. Add the server to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and others), and the get_deck_names tool becomes available to the model automatically. See the full listing for setup details and every tool this server provides.

(string) Field name where the generated audio will be stored.
(optional string) The name of the deck to add the card to. Defaults to the current deck or 'Default'.
(object) An object where keys are field names (e.g., "Hanzi", "Pinyin") and values are their HTML content.
(optional string) Language code for TTS (e.g., 'en', 'es', 'fr'). Defaults to 'en'.
(string) The name of the Anki note type (model) to use.
(number) The ID of the Anki note to update.
(string) Field name containing the text to generate audio from.
(optional array of strings) A list of tags to add to the note.
