get_waveform
Download and analyse waveform data (NORM screen buffer: up to 1200 pts on DS1000Z, 1000 on DHO); returns text analysis by default, raw time/voltage arrays with rawdata=true
How to use it
get_waveform is exposed by the Rigol MCP MCP server. Add the server to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and others), and the get_waveform tool becomes available to the model automatically. See the full listing for setup details and every tool this server provides.
