Search via SearXNG with local reranking. Fetches a wider result pool, reranks by relevance, returns top N. SearXNG's native direct answers, infoboxes, spelling corrections, and related suggestions are surfaced above the list and in structuredContent.
How to use it
search is exposed by the Searxng MCP MCP server. Add the server to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and others), and the search tool becomes available to the model automatically. See the full listing for setup details and every tool this server provides.
