How to use it
list_bases is exposed by the Airtable MCP Server MCP server. Add the server to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and others), and the list_bases tool becomes available to the model automatically. See the full listing for setup details and every tool this server provides.

(string, required): The ID of the Airtable base
(string, optional): Description of the table
(string, optional): The amount of detail to get about the tables (tableIdentifiersOnly, identifiersOnly, or full)
