How to use it

generate_image is exposed by the Image Gen MCP MCP server. Add the server to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and others), and the generate_image tool becomes available to the model automatically. See the full listing for setup details and every tool this server provides.

Set the active Stable Diffusion model

Number of sampling steps (default: 4, range: 1-150)

tiling

Generate tileable images

upscale_images

Upscale one or more images using Stable Diffusion

upscaler_1

Primary upscaler model (default: from env)

upscaler_2

Secondary upscaler model (default: from env)

upscaling_resize

Upscale multiplier when resizemode=0 (default: from env)

upscaling_resize_h

Target height in pixels when resizemode=1 (default: from env)

upscaling_resize_w

Target width in pixels when resizemode=1 (default: from env)
