How to use it
ssh_list_connections is exposed by the MCP Remote Access MCP server. Add the server to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and others), and the ssh_list_connections tool becomes available to the model automatically. Install MCP Remote Access

Connect by port name
